In case of a clear issue:
The customer may refuse to receive the order immediately, and our customer service team will be contacted to resolve the issue and take appropriate action.
If the order is refused without any issue:
The customer will bear the full shipping cost as the store has already incurred the actual delivery expenses.
Important Note:
To ensure product quality and safety, no exchange or return will be accepted after the courier has left.
